Full Payment is required to confirm your booking. You can reschedule any tour up to 24 hours prior to the tour time. A 1.25% surcharge will apply to payments by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or PayPal.
Cancellations within 24 hours of tour are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This applies to No Shows on the day due to incorrect booking dates. Please check your booking details carefully. Broome Tramway Co. reserves the right to cancel daily tours due to insufficient bookings. Tour times are subject to change without prior notice.
The tram does not have seatbelts, and their use is not mandatory. Passengers, including infants, ride at their own and their parents' risk. Passengers must remain seated when the tram is in motion. We are not accountable for delays or route changes due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic conditions, accidents, breakdowns, construction, etc. No alcohol is permitted onboard.
Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour. Lost property will be disposed of thoughtfully after 7 days post tour if we have not been contacted by the owner.
Broome Tramway Co. is a responsible host. Disruptive behaviour may lead to disembarkation, and we reserve the right to terminate a service if actions are deemed threatening or dangerous.Please be aware that the venues also have a duty of care to all guests and will not accept anti-social behaviour. They have the right to exercise their discretion not to allow entry and/or not to serve individuals or groups alcohol and/or ask them to leave the premises.
